Return or Exchange Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, defective, stained, or incomplete.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all labels and protective stickers.
Please note:
- This return policy is applicable only for orders delivered within Pakistan.
- For international orders, kindly contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you.
How to Apply for a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include the reason for the return and your order details.
Once your return is approved by our customer support team, you will be instructed to send the item back to our warehouse.
Return Shipping Cost:
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
When Will My Return Be Processed?
- We aim to process returns within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
- During peak periods, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.
Do You Offer Refunds?
- Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
- We offer exchanges or store credit (coupon) for the value of the returned items.
Note:
- Custom products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. If there is an issue with a custom product, we will offer a replacement within the standard delivery time.
